| Progress at Mayfair Tower |

Mayfair Tower, a 33-story residential condominium building along U.N. Avenue in Manila,
has started pouring cement to its ground floor, signifying the start of full-scale construction of
the edifice. A project of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI), the building is expected to be completed
in 18 months.
