Mayfair Tower rises on schedule

Engr. Eickert Bernabe, ALHI engineer, said that work on Mayfair Tower has proceeded apace, and is now on the fifth level of the parking lot. “There will be seven floors for parking.”

Engr. Bernabe also cited the project’s top-of-the-line consultants who deploy the best of modern building technology. Project engineers have ensured that the building foundation goes down to as deep as 50 meters and rests on the soil’s hard stratum.

Structural and parking security score big points with today’s city homeowners, and for Mayfair Tower ALHI has made sure that luxury goes all the way to the top—and 360 degrees all around.
