| Mayfair Tower completes laying of foundation |

Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) announced it has completed laying the foundation of its
Mayfair Tower project. The project’s groundbreaking was held last November and work has been
in full swing since then.
Project contractor Advanced Foundation Construction Systems Corporation (AFCSC) is the same
company that laid the foundation for the Eastwood Parkview, a portion of the fly-over along
Villamor at the South Superhighway and several other office buildings and high-rise residential
condominiums in the country. General contractor Summa Kumagai, Inc. (SKI) will finish the
edifice in 18 months to enable ALHI to properly turn over units to its rightful owners
